1st QuickRes is a multi-utility that lets you control, from the taskbar, the various functions related to your monitor.
To start with, from 1st QuickRes you can change the resolution of the monitor and the depth of colour, and you can preview both before changing them. You can also store the exact position of each of the icons on your desktop, so you can restore them if they move.
From 1st QuickRes you can also widen and heighten the size of the desktop to your tastes, manage/configure each of the screensavers installed, quickly move through all the wallpapers you have to select the one you want, configure it so it randomly shows each of the wallpapers/screensavers, etc.
The 1st QuickRes user can define shortcuts via key combinations to more quickly access the program options.
